Info about volcanos!!!

Volcanoes are sometimes located where tectonic plates meet. This is also true for the Ring of Fire, an area around the Pacific Ocean of the volcanoes on Earth are found.

Did you know there are also volcanoes found on the ocean floor and even under icecaps, Sometimes under ice caps. Your can find ice caps in ice land.

When she would come back from her field trip she would come with 50 to 100 samples maybe two from each site. Jan Lindsay would look for rock outcrops where layers of lava also volcanic ash that will tell us lots about the past eruptions.

She Would also always take an oxygen tank on her journey to the volcano because the higher and higher she goes into the sky, The air starts to get thinner
