What I did during the school holidays.

I am going to tell you what I did during the school holidays. During the school holidays I went to the pools with my friends and my mum, because it was a hot day.

The day it was time to go to the pools I went to pick up my 2 best friends. When I picked up my friends we went to my house and put our bags, in the car. When we were putting our bags in the boot we had to go straight into the car because, we were about to go. Finally we arrived at the pools, so we went into the changing rooms got, changed and then we jumped straight into the nice cold pools.

When we jumped into the pools we played a few games, it was so fun! We played race’s, we did handstands, breathing competition, and all sorts of games. After we were swimming our stomach was rumbling because we were so hungry. After a while my aunty came with food and gave it to us, so we went to get our towel and then we sat on a, table eating our delicious food.

After that we went for a little swim we had (15 minutes)

to swim. Finally it was time to go back home. We went into the changing rooms got changed and went out of the pools. After a ride back home my friends slept over for the night. Then My friends were talking about something that I did not know so I wondered what they were talking about?

So I asked “them what are yous talking about” then they both said “we want to go back to the pools again.’’ So I went to ask and my mum and she said  “yes.” After a while went headed straight to sleep. The end.

Year 5/6 camp word cloud

What we did at camp on the first day.

Do you know what happened on wednesday last week? Well if you didn’t know what happened on wednesday it was the year 5 and 6 camp. Firstly, we took our bag into the hall on tuesday so it would be already for wednesday for camp.

First we went into the hall for free time. What we did in free time we went on roller blades, playing ping pong and playing basket ball. It was so much fun, So when we went to play I quickly went to the roller blades and put it on and went for a little ride. After I went for a little ride I smelt something delicious so I followed it and it leaded to the school kitchen and it was cookies! and their was camp people baking Anzac cookies and they were lucky.

After we did all those we went on to the next activity it was called the killer zone after we, did all that we went on to the next activity it was my favourite one it, was baking cookies but we didn't bake Anzac ones we baked chocolate chip cookies it was fun.

We did all sorts of activities until it went to morning tea then lunch time, and then dinner. After we ate we got all our stuff and took it into our tents I was so happy because I got to sleep with two of my best friends. Then it went to night time so all of the people at camp, went to their tent and got changed into our PJ’s. When we went into our PJ’s we went into our classrooms and watched, the lego movie, the reason we did that was because it was movie night. Then we went straight to sleep. After that it was one sunny morning and we woke up, at 7:00 and thats what we did at camp on the first day

My best birthday.

My Best birthday

Today I’m going to talk about my best birthday its when I turned 6 years old.

My best birthday was when I had 5 pizzas for me my family, cousins, aunts and my uncles. When we got the pizzas it was delicious because all of them were my favourite, and everyone's favourite too.

When we ate all of the pizzas everyone went, and it was only me and my family. After everyone went we went straight away to my nanas house. When we got their she gave me 5 notebooks and 1 block of chocolate and colouring pencils with paint. After I got my presents from my nana I said “thank you” and went back home.

After that my mum and dad got me and my sister a PS4. Me my sister started playing on it but only for little bit. On my birthday my aunt came and gave me and my sister a makeup bag and we stayed over the night at my aunts house.

After that is was already night time so me my sister and cousin, went and did some craft stuff with paper, cardboard, scissors, glue stick and tape. With the stuff we got we all made a boat with paper and lanterns, and we made cards. It was the best birthday I have ever had in my entire life.
